BILLING & PRICING POLICY

We believe it’s important to be absolutely clear and unambiguous when dealing with pricing and billing.  We work on the basis of services required and requested.  Everything we do comes under one service or another.  Each service has a code and a description and on every order confirmation, invoice, quotation and technical documents you’ll see reference to these service areas.  It’s important to us to be clear and ensure that you, our customer, know what you are getting, when and how much it’s going to cost.

Our policy is to provide an initial consultation free of charge. This may be by telephone. We’ll be honest with you and if what you’re asking for cannot be achieved at the price you expect to pay or within the timeframe you expect then we’ll tell you.  If you wish to proceed after our initial consultation then from that point on we’ll be completely clear about any work we plan to do or carry out on your behalf.  You’ll be left knowing there are no surprises to come.  We typically begin each client project with our consultancy service – this is the solid foundation on which to build a successful delivery.  You can however have as much consultancy as you need, sometimes a quick chat is all that’s required – but we prefer a fully documented solution plan.

Our pricing is fair based on our high levels of quality and experience.  We may not be the cheapest solution you get quoted on but we may be the best.
